Abby Herlan first joined Ciccarelli Advisory Services as Front Office Coordinator in March 2021, then shortly moved into the position of Customer Services Associate. Along with her basic administrative responsibilities, Abby oversees facility maintenance, assists in answering incoming calls to the firm, and schedules appointments for all of the Rochester advisors. She approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, charismatic mindset, and is passionate about helping find solutions to any challenge.
With training from the Continental School of Cosmetology and front office management experience at the Spa at the Del Monte, Abby excels in customer relations, providing clients with superior service and leaving a lasting impression (hers is likely to be that friendly voice on the other end of the phone). With her warm and outgoing personality, Abby thoroughly enjoys working with both clients and her co-workers.
Abby was born and raised in Rochester. She is passionate about social causes and in her free time loves going for long walks, crafting, and spending time with her husband, parents, and brother Max.
