As a Client Services Associate supporting Paul Ciccarelli, Tatiana Arrazola helps ensure clients’ day-to-day financial needs are handled with care, accuracy, and confidentiality. Working closely with her team, she assists with client onboarding, account opening and maintenance, meeting coordination, and ongoing service requests, while maintaining a high standard of compliance and attention to detail.
Tatiana brings more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career while attending school and has since worked in banking and spent seven years at Key Private Bank as a Client Relationship Associate. Her background allows her to anticipate client needs and contribute to a smooth, thoughtful client experience.
What Tatiana enjoys most about her role is building strong relationships. She is known for her reliability, organization, and genuine commitment to supporting clients and teammates.
Originally from Medellín, Colombia, Tatiana has lived in Naples for over two decades. Outside of work, she is a proud mom to her daughter, Isabella, and enjoys spending time outdoors, roller-skating, traveling, and discovering new restaurants. She also values personal growth and enjoys exploring spiritual studies.
