Carla joined the firm in November 2019 as the Operations Manager. As part of the leadership team, her role consists of mentoring and coaching her team, managing the flow of everyday operations, and researching various operational methods to enhance productivity.
She spent 10 years in the banking industry, starting as a teller, then moving her way up to management. Her passion has always been to provide the best service to clients and help them achieve their financial goals. She graduated from FGCU with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
Born and raised in Brazil, she moved to Florida in 2006 to further her education after attending law school, and has remained in the area since.
She enjoys spending time with her children and attending their soccer and gymnastic events. Having come from Brazil, soccer is an important part of her cultural identity, and she immensely enjoys the sport. She also loves running, traveling home for the summer, and spending time at the beach.
