With extensive management experience in the financial industry, Geral joined CAS in 2006 with an ideal foundation for her leadership roles as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Over the years, she has guided the firm’s administrative, operational, and compliance functions with dedication and insight, contributing significantly to the firm’s growth and culture. Today, Geral continues to serve CAS as the Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ), where she leverages her deep industry knowledge to provide oversight and support for the firm’s advisors.
Geral’s motivating force is brought on by her strong desire to learn and implement positive change to the firm’s operations. She is most proud of the firm’s commitment to its clients. “The clients come first,” said Geral. “They are our family and as such we take great care of them.” Her enduring commitment ensures that CAS remains focused on maintaining the highest standards of integrity and client service.
Geral graduated from SUNY Geneseo and holds her Series 7, 8, 24, and 66 licenses, as well as New York State life, accident, health, and variable annuity insurance license.
Geral lives in Palmyra, NY with her husband Scott. They enjoy spending time with friends, family, and their four lively grandchildren.
