Karli joined Ciccarelli in September 2023 as the Front Office Coordinator and is the first face our clients and guests see when they arrive at the office. Warm and inviting, Karli makes sure everyone visiting the office feels welcome and comfortable, and has everything ready that they may need for a successful visit. She also keeps the office humming by answering calls, accepting deliveries, keeping the conference rooms organized and the kitchen clean and stocked, along with a variety of other projects in the office to help the rest of the team.
Karli comes from an extensive background in retail and customer service, where she has learned communication and listening skills to be a key role in delivering excellent client satisfaction. She also uses these skills when working with her co-workers to help foster an environment of clear and open communication within the office. Karli loves the supportive atmosphere among the staff; everyone working together with an ultimate goal of helping our clients.
With a mother who is an accountant, Karli is familiar with the financial industry. Growing up she learned the importance of managing her money and following a budget. Now she sees working at Ciccarelli as an opportunity to learn more about finance hands-on. She is originally from Avon, NY, spent a few years during junior high and high school in Nashville, TN, then returned to NY in 2020. She lives with her boyfriend Cody and two amazing dogs. During her time away from the office, she enjoys snowmobiling, playing with her dogs, gaming (card, board and video), and spending time with Cody (who’s a DJ) listening to music.
