Joining Ciccarelli Advisory Services in 2005 as a Client Services Associate, Lisa helps deliver the exceptional service our clients deserve. Assisting advisors Judith Alexander-Wasley and Patrick Ryan, her primary focus includes fielding client questions and requests, composing letters and spreadsheets, and facilitating the compliance approval process.
With over 30 years of administrative experience to draw on, Lisa has a passion for helping people. She prides herself in providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond for her team members and clients. As she says, ‘her door is always open.’ Along with her CSA role, Lisa also coordinates client outreach activities and appreciation events. She takes great satisfaction in planning and executing memorable events that clients truly enjoy.
Lisa lives in Rochester with her best friend and husband Brad, and their dog Hershey. She is the proud mother of two grown children, Jonathan and Brianne, and three grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially attending her grandson’s ball games and her granddaughter’s dance recitals, as well as gardening, reading, walking and baking.
