Melissa Blanco first joined Ciccarelli Advisory Services in August 2021 as the Front Office Coordinator and then transitioned into the position of Client Services Associate for Ray Ciccarelli and Samantha Webster. Along with assisting with day-to-day operations, fulfilling client service requests, scheduling appointments and preparing materials for client meetings and annual reviews, Melissa’s warm and welcoming personality is always a shining light in the office. With her excellent attention to detail, she keeps the team organized and running smoothly.
Melissa came to Ciccarelli with 10 years of customer service experience, including time in the financial industry as a client services associate. She has the unique ability to build positive rapport with both the clients and her co-workers. Her experience and her love of learning, makes her an outstanding addition to the Ciccarelli family team. Melissa recently passed the Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) and is currently studying for the FINRA Series 7 exam.
Melissa is originally from Rochester but currently lives in Pittsford with her boyfriend Ryan and two cats, Felix and Tortellini. When not at work, or studying for her exams, she enjoys hiking or watching her favorite TV series.
