A recent graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Business Management, Melissa Garcia is excited to begin her career at Ciccarelli Advisory Services. She was drawn to the firm’s welcoming, family-oriented environment and the opportunity to work directly with clients. As the first point of contact for many, she enjoys making sure every client feels valued—whether she’s answering calls, scheduling appointments, or helping connect them with the right team members.
In addition to assisting clients, Melissa is actively learning the firm’s processes and procedures, gaining a deeper understanding of financial services and how to best support both clients and the advisory teams. She appreciates the variety in her role and the opportunity to develop new skills every day.
Originally from New Jersey, Melissa followed her siblings to Florida for college, soon after her parents relocated to Florida, and now her whole family (including their dog, Pixie) calls the Naples area home. Outside of work, she loves staying active, spending time with friends, and enjoying movie nights. Known for her optimism and empathetic nature, Melissa is here to ensure that every client experience starts on the right note.
