STEVE’S NICHE
Steve specializes in helping his clients to make informed decisions and design custom portfolios that serves their needs. He believes that diversification – as well as creating a disciplined, personalized, risk-adjusted portfolio – are essential for accomplishing financial success. Steve considers many important aspects throughout the financial planning process, such as managing risk, planning for taxes, and reviewing estate documents regularly.
Steve is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and a Chartered Financial Consultant®. He also holds his Series 7 and 66 registrations as well as Florida Life, Health, and Variable Annuity licenses.
BIOGRAPHY
Steve joined Ciccarelli Advisory Services in 2012 as a financial advisor. His key roles are strategic investment research, planning analysis and client relationship management. In addition, Steve handles portfolio management, trading, and provides financial planning support for our clients. Steve serves on our Investment Committee, and writes articles on financial planning topics for our monthly newsletter and local publications.
Steve has more than 20 years of experience in diverse areas of private wealth management. In 2005, he capitalized on a joint partnership opportunity with a local investment advisory firm. Steve served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, where he was responsible for new business development and portfolio management. Before that, Steve worked for an investment advisory firm in Miami. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (concentration in Finance) from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
Steve also graduated from the United States Military Academy (OCS) in Florida, where he was appointed as a Commissioned Officer. Steve accomplished 11 years of distinguished service, serving with the 10th Mountain Division out of Ft. Drum, NY, and with the Air Defense Artillery Corps as a Stinger Missile Commander.
Steve lives in Naples with his wife Johanna, and their two dogs, Gia and Foxy. Steve enjoys fishing, golf, military history, Miami Hurricanes football, and is an avid motocross rider.
