If there was truly a renaissance woman, it would be Susan Hansen. As the Director of Administration since 2008, Susan ensures all activities in the firm are done effectively and efficiently so that the rest of the Ciccarelli team can perform at their optimum level. Lead by her strong leadership skills, Susan is responsible for coordinating operational functions, overseeing human resources, making changes to increase workplace efficiency, and developing operational procedures and policies; just to name a few. With her proactive and collaborative approach, Susan promotes a client service environment, and while she may not have daily direct contact with clients, her behind the scenes support only enhances the overall client experience.
Susan is also known for her supportive manner toward the Ciccarelli team members. “It's a team of amazing, talented, people who have the opportunity to make an impact on our clients’ lives,” Susan stated, “and I will do whatever it takes to see them excel.”
Prior to joining Ciccarelli Advisory Services, Susan spent eight years with JP Morgan Chase in Chicago. Susan managed a number of brokerage operation functions and served in a risk management role. She graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Biology, and obtained her MBA from Purdue University. She currently holds her Series 7, 24 and 63 registrations.
In her free time, Susan enjoys sailing, traveling and being active outdoors with her husband, J.B., their son Joshua, and Sunny the family dog. She also cares deeply for a number of causes in her community, particularly issues with animals and children. To help make a difference, Susan serves on an advisory council that partners with local school leadership.
